Descending was surreal. At first, it's a shadow in the distance, and then it appeared. It was enormous. It's now a bustling artificial reef, draped in soft corals and swarming with fish. We saw big groupers peeking from the cargo hold, and lionfish patrolling the cracks. The feeling of swimming next to this giant, silent structure was indescribable—haunting, beautiful, and humbling all at once. It truly is a piece of history on the seabed.

For any a certified diver coming to Con Dao and seeking an adventure more the usual reef dive, I cannot urge you this **Con Dao wreck dive** enough. It was the absolute highlight of my Vietnam trip.
